The Sattvic Menu

The food at The Lake’s Edge is entirely Ayurvedic—a traditional, high-vitality approach to nourishment focusing on fresh, whole, nutrient-dense ingredients.

By removing inflammatory, heavy, and highly processed foods, this menu is Sattvic. It naturally soothes and nourishes the nervous system. This is a deliberate, scientific way to harmonise the body-mind and cut through mental fog.

Your physical well-being is our priority. All individual dietary requirements and allergies will be accommodated.
